Jocelyn Sims is the Internal Communications Team Lead at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where she manages a team of designers and writers to reach and engage employees via multiple communication channels. From a robust Intranet site to creative branding campaigns and employee-focused articles and events, her team oversees a dynamic internal communications platform that keeps Bank employees engaged and in the know.

Jocelyn’s more than 16 years of experience in internal and external communications includes managing the internal employee publication at a Chicago area university, including its award-winning redesign and website launch, and managing multiple trade magazines in the publishing industry. When she’s not working, Jocelyn spends her time running along Chicago’s lakefront and traveling with her husband.
